About these Terms of Service​

These terms set legal obligations to The Orion Corporation and you while using our services.

"Discord" refers to Discord, Inc., a business based in the United States, and their services.

"Roblox" refers to Roblox Corporation, a business based in the United States, and their services.

"Patreon" refers to Patreon, Inc., a business based in the United States, and their services.

"Applications" means any of our Discord applications.

"Experiences" means any of our Roblox experiences.

"Services" means any services or applications offered by us, such as our websites, applications and experiences.

Age requirements​

By using or accessing our services you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country.

If you are old enough to use and access our services, but not old enough to consent to these terms, your parent or legal guardian must agree to our terms on your behalf. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you allow your teenager to use and access our services, then these terms also apply to you and you are responsible for your teenager's activity on our services.

Use Restrictions​

When using our services, you must comply with these terms, any other policies we have and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

You may be able to pay for additional features and additional access on our services as a subscription purchased on Patreon's web application. While utilizing our paid services, The Orion Corporation's Paid Services Terms and other policies that you may be asked to agree to before purchasing will apply.

Termination​

Your right to terminate: You may stop using our services at any time and for any reason. You can request for your data to be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our right to terminate: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your usage of our services with or without notice, at our discretion, including if:

  • You violate these terms or any other policies we have.
  • We are required to do so to comply with legal requirements or court order.
  • We believe termination is necessary to prevent harm to you, us, other users or third parties.
