Executive Committee

The Executive Committee consists of selected Level-4, Level-5 and Overseer Board personnel. The Executive Committee is mainly responsible for proposing and voting changes to the Corporation's policies.

Recruitment

In order to join the Executive Committee, they must be appointed via a proposal inside the Executive Committee.

Requirements

Below are the requirements to be appointed and how the appointment process works.

  • Must be a Security Level 4 or Security Level 5 personnel. Board members are automatically appointed.
  • Be appointed via a proposal inside the Executive Committee and pass by a majority of votes.
  • A Security Level 5 or the Overseer of the department the person is an executive in may submit a proposal.
  • Voting lasts 24 hours since the proposal's submission.

Impeachments

Members of the Executive Committee may be impeached from their positions.

Requirements

Requirements and procedures for removals are:

  • 2 additional Executive Committee members from different departments supporting the removal (3 members in total).
  • A Supreme Council member may create an emergency order to remove a dysfunctional member from the committee at any time.
  • Impeachments last for 48 hours. During this time, the accused is allowed to produce a defense statement.
  • Impeachments require a majority of votes to pass.

Proposals

The main function of the Executive Committee is to propose additions, removals, or changes to the Corporation policies located in the Corporation Hub.

Process and Requirements

The process and requirements for proposing and passing a policy or motion are:

  • Committee members may vote yes or no.
  • Proposals voting last for 24 hours.
  • Proposals require a majority of votes to pass.
  • In case the proposal does not pass, it may not be proposed again for two weeks.
  • In case the proposal passes:
    • Changes must be applied by the Supreme Council and announced to Corporation Personnel accordingly, if required.
  • Supreme Council members may create executive orders to add, remove or change Corporation policies and do not need to pass through a proposal in the Executive Committee, although it is preferred that it does.
  • Supreme Council members may immediately approve or deny a proposal if deemed necessary.
