C7 - Battery

• A battery is any willful and unlawful use of force or violence upon the person of another.
• Any person who touches, jumps, or pushes another person, and if the touching is against the will of the person touched. This may only be considered in open spaces, larger rooms or empty areas, where unintentional touching by lack of space is not possible.
