C4 - Trespassing
No personnel may trespass into an area that they do not have the required Security Clearance or permission to be in.
- Combative personnel may temporarily close an area with a valid reason. Security Level 4 personnel or higher are authorized to enter areas that have been closed by combative personnel.
- Medical Department executives may declare a quarantine for a specific zone, area or room if deemed necessary. No one is allowed to exit or enter the quarantine perimeter without permission from the Medical Department, except for Special Detachment operatives, and Field Medics.
- There may be signs restricting the entrance to specific areas, which must be respected.
- No non-combative personnel may enter zones that have been locked down, unless it is the Administrative Zone or if they are Security Level 4 or higher. In case the Gamma Complex is locked down, Technical Services Department personnel may remain in the area unless otherwise instructed by a combative or executive personnel.
- Base Commander and above may authorize personnel to enter sectors that they are not allowed in with a reason. This does not apply to the Zeta Complex.
Research Zone
All Corporation personnel holding a Security Level 1 clearance or higher is allowed within this zone. In order to enter the Anomaly containment area, they must be participating in a test and be properly escorted.
Test Subject Containment
Only executive, combative, Ethics and Regulations Committee, and Community Relations Group personnel are allowed in the TSC. The only exception for other personnel is being in the TSC viewing area, as long as they hold a Security Level 1 clearance or higher.
Containment Area Lima
Combative and executive personnel are allowed in the CAL at all times. Security Level 0 personnel and above may only enter this zone when spectating a test and must be escorted by research and combative personnel at all times.
Containment Area Hotel
Only Special Detachment Delta "Snow Riders" and Crius "Heavy Overcomers" are allowed within this zone. Other Special Detachment personnel may only enter this zone if chasing Test Subjects, responding to backup requests, or sweeping for Test Subjects if they suspect one is in the CAH. Special Detachment Zeta "Board Guardians" may enter Containment Area Hotel if requested by another Detachment, or if ordered to recontain a breached Anomaly by an executive personnel and no other Detachment is available. They may also enter Containment Area Hotel to sweep when directly ordered by an executive personnel. Security Company personnel may never enter the CAH under any circumstances. Executive personnel is allowed in the CAH with a valid reason. Overseer Board personnel may enter it freely. Only Security Level 2 personnel and above may spectate tests in Containment Area Hotel, unless it is a mass test hosted by an executive personnel.
Zeta Complex
Only Intelligence Service, Overseer Board members, and Base Commander are allowed in this area. Trespassing personnel may be terminated on sight.
Gamma Complex
The Gamma Complex holds the Reactor Operations Center and its public area, the Data Center and all of the facility's technical infrastructure.
Reactor Viewing Area
A Level-2 security clearance is required to access and stay in this area. Reactor Operations personnel may demand that visitors leave the area for any reason, who shall immediately comply. Executive personnel are not required to leave.
The Reactor Viewing Area is not to be accessed by visitors during the following directives and protocols:
- Code Red Directive.
- Code Black Directive.
- Protocol Rampage.
- Protocol Sinking Ship.
- Protocol Closing Time.
- Defense Protocol.
Executive personnel are exempt from the above and may still access the area when any of the above directives and protocols are active.
Reactor Operations Center
Only Reactor Operations personnel from the Technical Services Department are allowed in the Reactor Operations Center. Executive personnel may access the Reactor Operations Center, but shall immediately leave whenever asked by any RO personnel. Security Company and Special Detachment personnel are allowed in the Reactor Operations Center only when their presence is required.
Reactor Chamber
Only Reactor Operations and maintenance personnel are allowed in the Reactor Chamber. Special Detachment may enter the Reactor Chamber for an emergency response. Security Company may never enter the Reactor Chamber.
Data Center
Only maintenance personnel are allowed in the Data Center floors. They may only enter the Data Center when their presence is required. Security Company and Special Detachment personnel are allowed in the Data Center floors for an emergency response (such as trespassing personnel or active raid).
Outside
Special Detachment personnel is allowed in the outside area at all times. Security Company personnel may only respond to the outside area if requested by SD or if no SD is online and a Test Subject is in the outside area. Only Crius "Heavy Overcomers" is allowed to leave the Base's boundaries and cross the perimeter wall. Corporation personnel is allowed outside during evacuations.
This is a Misdemeanor violation.
