C3 - Loitering

No personnel may loiter near any restricted areas, such as the Zeta Complex, Gamma Complex or containment areas.

• If a personnel is loitering near the Zeta Complex, they may be immediately apprehended and/or terminated.
• If a personnel is loitering near the Gamma Complex, they may be given 3 warnings before they can be apprehended.
• If a personnel is loitering near any containment areas, they may be given 2 warnings before they can be apprehended and/or terminated.
